Shrimp Creole over Mofongo
Thom Kindos premieres at Somethins Cookin Downtown location! Thom is a native of St. Petersburg, FL, and has extensive culinary experience. In 1989, his family opened the Terrace Restaurant on the West End of Panama City Beach. He has spent his time over the years cooking at many fine establishments including The French Laundry in Napa, Emeril’s in New Orleans and Le Bernadon in New York City.

Nick is a proud Panama City native and a chef with a 20-year journey in the culinary world, where Sushi became his passion. In 2021, he started his own business, Rowan’s Place, named in honor of his daughter. This is more than a culinary venture for Nick, it is a way for him to share a piece of his heart and hometown spirit with whatever dish he creates.
Easter Brunch- Hannelore Holland
Hannelore will be preparing a Croissant, Ham and Spinach Souffle with her homemade Brioche Bread Pudding Fruit. This will be served with a Kir Royal Cocktail. Just in time to celebrate the Easter Holiday!

Mary is back! Sharing her talent for painting, teaching, and having fun. During this class Mary will be demonstrating how to paint a beautiful hydrangea. We will be tasting assorted wines and enjoying a hand-crafted Chacuterie board during this 1 -hour fun- filled class!
Vegetarian and Vegan- Jungle Curry with Hot and Sour Vermicelli Salad
By request, Day will be demonstrating some Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine in her class. Anyone interested in learning vegan and vegetarian cooking, this is a class to take!
Kids Class
Chicken fingers and napoleons. Hannelore will be teaching kids, in her interactive class, chicken fingers and Napoleon dessert.. Always a fun time!
Chicken Picatta
Chef Kevin from Alice's is back with us again! In this class Kevin will be demonstrating Chicken Picatta with a Brown Butter Caper Sauce! Delicious!
Chacuterie and Cards- Melissa Purswell
Melissa is back to demonstrate how to make hand-crafted cards. We will be serving hand- crafted chacuterie board. The class in March was so fun, and we look forward to seeing what great cards we can design in this class!
Mushroom Stuffed Poached Chicken Breast- Paul Stellato
This chicken dish is one of Chef Paul's specialties. In this class Chef Paul will demonstrate how to prepare a mushroom stuffed poached chicken breast with fresh red pepper basil sauce and creamy orzo pasta!
New Pork Tenderloin- Hannelore Holland
If you’ve never taken one of Hannelore’s Pork Tenderloin classes- you are missing out! This class is a new twist on Pork Tenderloin!
Picadillo Cuban Stew- Nancy Ti
Nancy is a native Floridian, born in Miami. She is a retired nurse from The State of Florida, and was awarded the Florida Governor’s Sterling Award for Excellence. Nancy misses going to Miami and eating delicious Cuban foods and beverages. She loves to recreate some of her favorite dishes at home to share with family and friends. In this class, Nancy will be sharing her favorite dish, the Picadillo. It will be accompanied by Jasmine rice and black bean soup. Yummy!
Turkey Meatloaf with Silky Gravy- Chef Jeff Adams
Chef Jeff Adams is from Nashville, TN., and has been living in Panama City, FL for almost 5 years. During his career, Jeff has opened many restaurants including O Charley’s. Chef Jeff also managed the highly popular Houston’s Restaurant in Memphis and Nashville, TN. Jeff and his wife Chandra, along with Jackson Taylor purchased House of Henry on Harrison in February 2024.

Our classes are designed for all ages! We have specific sessions for children, families, and adults, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.
Just bring your enthusiasm! We provide all necessary ingredients and equipment. However, if you have a favorite apron, feel free to bring those along!
Classes typically last about 1 hour, depending on the specific course. This allows plenty of time for demonstration, hands on cooking and tasting of your delicious creations!
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a credit toward a future class.
