Jan has been creating wonderful Quiches at the previous location of Somethin’s Cookin’ for over 15 years now, and is known as “The Quiche Lady.” Jan will be demonstrating how to make our Lorraine, Shrimp and Chicken, Bacon Asparagus Quiche. Wine Tastings are held every other Friday. The tastings are held from 5-7 pm. We have Bill Holland in addition to our local Wine Vendors come to discuss a variety of wines, paired with a selection of cheeses, meats, nuts and preserves from our hand-crafted Chacuterie Board.
Somethin's Cookin' Downtown is pleased to have Chris Trahlin host our wine tasting this evening. Chris has lived in the Nappa Valey for several years. Chris is a wine distributor here in the panhandle and represents a great variety of wines. This evening, we will be tasting a variety of French wines.
Bill Holland will be leading you through six new wines selected with you taste and pricing in mind. You will also enjoy Beth Holland's spectacular Chacuterie Board between your tastings.

Our classes are designed for all ages! We have specific sessions for children, families, and adults, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.
Just bring your enthusiasm! We provide all necessary ingredients and equipment. However, if you have a favorite apron, feel free to bring those along!
Classes typically last about 1 hour, depending on the specific course. This allows plenty of time for demonstration, hands on cooking and tasting of your delicious creations!
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a credit toward a future class.
