Cooking Class Reservation Cancellations

We respectfully request that should you need to cancel a reservation for one of our cooking classes, please do so as soon as possible. We almost always have a waiting list and your timely notice of cancellation provides time to contact those on the waiting list, hopefully in time for them to make arrangements to attend the class.

Our in-house and guest chefs usually purchase their food supplies at least the day prior to each scheduled class. Therefore we require that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to each class so that the instructor can adjust the food and supplies. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the class cost to cover unnecessary supplies and food.

Some wonderful scamp over Hannelore's pasta with some of his creations going back to Pano's & Paul's in Atlanta. Pork tenderloins with a new twist, black olives and a port wine sauce served over herb salad and squash souffle. And as always a fun and easy dessert from Hannelore.

Free Wine Tasting
Friday, November 16th, 2018 at 5 PM

We try to select 7 to 10 wines for each tasting, shifting our emphasis from whites to red as the cool weather starts to settle in. We specialize in great wines selling between $12 to $25, which we also believe taste better than their selling price. Always a great selection of hors d’oeuvres to cleanse our “pallet.”

Chef Konrad will always surprise you with something new from Schooners or Spinnaker. If you love lobster as much as we do, you must be at this class with Chef Konrad.

Baking for the Holidays $35.00

The best gift to receive is wonderful breads or pastries. We will show you how easy and relaxing it can be to prepare those. A basic dough that can also be turned into a breakfast bread or as we will wake our famous Wihnachts-Stoller and our yummy Chocolate Decadence made into funnel cakes to eat or give to friends and neighbors. We will also do a wonderful sweet spread to serve with the bread.

Chef Paul Denaro creates Christmas the way he remembers from his family history by creating a Barchole, followed by Pasta Fasoli. Then with a few other touches the scrumptious wonder is complete.
